Brand Journal services are provided by Invictus Communications (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa.

Prices and payment

All prices are in rand and fixed in a written quote before work starts. Half is paid to book and half on the day the campaign goes live. Advert budgets are paid by clients directly to the platforms.

Cancellations

If you booked after we contacted you, you may cancel within five business days for a full refund, as the Consumer Protection Act provides. If you cancel later but before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit covers the work already done. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act are not affected.

Codes we follow

We follow the Code of Advertising Practice of the Advertising Regulatory Board and, for licensed liquor outlets, the alcohol industry’s code of conduct on marketing.
